ReloCare provides a home search service just like any other real-estate agency. We will only charge you should you chose a house presented by our company. We do not have our own official housing database; however, we work with almost all the Prague agencies to give our clients the biggest list of available offers.

You will NOT be requested to pay additional fee to any real-estate agency. The only payment for the service will be paid to ReloCare.

The service includes:

• Accompanying client to viewing of the property
• Assisting with negotiation, translation, verification of lease contract and related documents.
• Assisting with preparation and follow-up of rental application.
• Providing orientation to client’s new neighborhood: locating public transportation, shops, etc.

Short Term Accommodation

Place the client according to the budget and preferred neighborhood
Book and confirm temporary accommodation
Assist with communication with the owner, negotiation, translation, verification of lease contract and related documents
Support employee through all stay period assisting in problem solving when needed.

School Search Service

Place children in school/ pre-school/ nurseries or find quality day-care without delay:

• On-staff educational experts provide the client with a list of schools based on his/her preferences
• Schedule school visits and accompany the client to appointments
• Advise and assist in providing documentation for registry requirements
• Accommodate special needs/ curriculum requests
• Advise and assist in providing documentation for registry requirements

Orientation Day

In every journey first step is the most important one. Just like initial impression it can be critical and decisive in the long-term success of an assignment. Our initial contact with the client is personal- we start with a telephone call to introduce ourselves and through a friendly conversation ascertain hopes, expectations and matters of particular interest. We strive to address all the issues of importance to our clients as to be able to make their relocation as pleasant as possible. Following, our orientation program is specifically tailored to meet with our clients’ interests, needs, and expectations.

The Orientation Program provides great information allowing the client to make an informed decision on the areas that best meet their lifestyle and individual relocation requirements.

Typically included in the Orientation Day program:

• Pick-up at the agreed location
• Provision of a detailed Welcome Package including maps, information on  residential areas, public transport, schools, sport facilities, shopping centers,  theaters and galleries, local attractions, and more
• Escorted tour of residential areas and potential homes having in mind the discussed aspects of importance to the client
• Help with organizing child-care and running errands
• Introductory information and consultation on legal documents and medical insurance.

Half day Orientation Program (6 hours): 4,000 CZK (including car service)
Full day Orientation Program (10 hours): 5,400 CZK (including car service)

Ongoing Support

Multilingual personnel eliminates the language barrier and assists with important tasks and everyday matters that pose a challenge during expat relocation:

In-person assistance and on-demand support for an hourly fee- this includes meeting with clients for purposes of translation and problem solving
Concierge services via telephone including: opening your bank account, hiring household help, home repairs, Prague lifestyle advice, doctor/dentist recommendations, and much more.

Departure

Coupled with the same expertise that assisted the client throughout their arrival, we provide the following departure services to insure a smooth departuree at he end of the assignment.

Tie up loose ends quickly and with minimal stress:
